XPO Logistics CEO predicts growth in reverse logistics

from RLA SmartBrief: The coronavirus pandemic has prompted people to do more of their shopping online, and if that continues once the pandemic ends, demand for reverse logistics will grow, XPO Logistics CEO Brad Jacobs wrote in a recent shareholder letter. He predicted that 2020 will be a "lost year for earnings growth in our industry and most industries around the world" but said a recovery should start next year.
