Survey for Retailers - Unique Product IDs

Abstract: This is an anonymous survey for retailers. This survey is to assess the potential impact of Unique Product IDs (UPIDs) on returns management and to gain a better understanding of the challenges that retailers face when considering to use Unique Product IDs. The survey aims to collect information from three categories of retailers: Retailers who are already using UPIDs (Category A retailers); Retailers who are not using UPIDs and have no immediate plans to introduce them (Category B retailers); Retailers who have concrete plans to adopt UPIDs (Category C retailers).
