Amazon To Build Last-Mile Delivery Facility in Bel Aire

Amazon is planning to construct a 'last-mile delivery station', the City of Bel Aire announced. The company is purchasing 20 acres in the Sunflower Commerce Park to construct the 176,000 sq. ft. facility in order to "meet growing customer demand," the city said, and is expected to create more than 100 jobs. This marks Amazon’s third facility in the Wichita metro. Construction is expected to begin soon, with a completion anticipated later this year.
