RLA chief: Create C-suite role for reverse logistics

From RLA SmartBrief:  Retailers could minimize the environmental and financial impacts of returns by dedicating an executive to reverse logistics who can focus on optimizing processes, according to Tony Sciarrotta, executive director of the Reverse Logistics Association. He also warns that allowing customers to keep items they wanted to return can hurt a brand's value.
