Warehouse space crunch will get worse, RLA chief says

From 3/10/2021 RLA SmartBrief:  Warehouses and other industrial space are at a premium as retailers deal with surging e-commerce orders and returns, and "this trend will only become more intense," says Tony Sciarrotta, executive director of the Reverse Logistics Association. He adds that more retailers should repurpose used products and says the trend of letting customers keep items they wanted to return is "clearly not sustainable."
