Retailer announces easier, “no concerns” returns options including extended return window, curbside returns and Walmart+ return pickup from home.

Walmart is ready to serve its customers this holiday season, offering better value and more convenience than ever as customers start their holiday shopping. More than half of Walmart customers will start their holiday shopping research in October 1 and Walmart is prepared to meet their needs and help them make the most of the season with an exceptional experience no matter how, when or where they want to shop.

Walmart is making the returns experience easier and more convenient with three new and expanded options that save customers time during the busiest season of the year and give them extra peace of mind when shopping for gifts. Starting in October, Walmart customers and Walmart+ members can take advantage of seamless new returns options, including:

  • Holiday Guarantee
  • Curbside returns
  • Return Pickup from Home for Walmart+ members
