Tony shares best practice with a panel of thought leaders in e-commerce, returns and circularity - invaluable insights on reverse logistics, returns, and subscription services for apparel rental at the Deliver event in Europe, June 8, 2023.  

In 2016, Tony Sciarrotta was appointed as Executive Director to revitalise the Reverse Logistics Association. He has held various industry positions, including 15 years in returns management at Philips, where he developed new reverse logistics strategies and worked with retail partners and industry groups on best practices. Tony has become an evangelist for improving the customer experience to reduce returns and their associated costs. Today, he is considered a subject matter expert in reverse logistics, and speaks for the industry at conferences all over the world.

Miguel Solera is the Strategic Planning Manager for PVH Ecommerce with more than five years of experience working at the intersection of Digital and Retail. In PVH he, and his team, own the short- and long-term business strategy of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein European websites. Previously, Miguel worked for Amazon as well as for consultancy firm McKinsey&Co.

Rune Orloff is POOL’s co-CEO, and leads all external partnerships. He is the former Commercial Director of luxury eyewear brand MYKITA, and has previously led growth in other fashion companies like Henrik Vibskov, where he was Head of International Sales and Business Development. Since leaving MYKITA, Rune has helped clients such as Parley for the Oceans, Ganni, Aeance, Carcel and Cosmo with their sustainability strategy and impact initiatives. Rune’s work has been featured in international media such as Highsnobiety, Interview, Dossier and Textil Wirtschaft.
