Bio
Joy has over two decades of experience in reverse logistics supporting manufacturing, service and retail sectors including companies such as Philips, IBM, and now at The Home Depot for the last seven years. In her current role, she is a Senior Manager responsible for the critical analysis of product flowing into Home Depot's return centers and their subsequent disposition. Joy ensures that the policy of returned products, both online and in-store, are maintained to ensure the highest level of P&L recovery is achieved and to meet the Company’s sustainability goals.
