Bio

Bob Kilinski is the Director of U.S. Business Development for Belmont Trading, a global mobility services provider of trade-in, processing, and remarketing of mobile devices at scale. His focus is on growth, marketing, and working with the team on business strategies to expand the reach and market share of the company. Prior to joining Belmont Trading, he was VP of Retail Solutions for Clover Wireless where he built a large 3rd party marketplace business for wireless and other mobile devices. Before joining Clover, Bob spent eight years with CExchange, a start-up in the electronics trade-in and recycling space at retail with a client list that included Target, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Microsoft, Costco, the Army and Air Force Exchanges, US Cellular, and many others. His responsibilities included Marketing, PR, Business Development and outbound sales of consumer electronics for the company, including managing accounts for the Beats by Dre audio line at Amazon, Gamestop, RadioShack, Conns, Fred Meijer, and more. Prior to joining CExchange he headed his own consulting firm, Retail Hitmen, where he advised multiple companies working in the retail space including ad agencies, manufacturers, distributors and service providers. Mr. Kilinski spent a long career in retail with RadioShack, a Fortune 500 company, where he held a wide array of positions including Senior Executive roles in wireless, omnichannel retail, advertising, marketing, merchandising, product development and business development. In his tenure at RadioShack he led multiple business units, launched many new businesses, including an MVNO, initiated an entirely new positioning of the company while serving as SVP of Marketing, and designed and led a new multi-store retail format launch.
