Bio

Ingrid Sinclair, Global President of Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS), is responsible for the growth and success of the company, including advancing and innovating the reuse and redeployment of electronics. Since her appointment, the company has successfully championed business with all the major hyperscale data center providers, integrated machine learning and artificial intelligence and introduced the first client sustainability report covering both reused and recycled electronics. In 2019, she was the first woman selected as a divisional president of any of the Sims’ divisions. She is also the co-founder and executive sponsor of Women Leading @ Sims, created to support and develop female leaders within the company. Prior to her appointment as Global President, she was the VP of Recycling for Sims Recycling Solutions. Ingrid has championed many initiatives including a closed loop plastic project with Hewlett Packard Inc. and served as co-chair of the B20 Trade and Investment Task Force where she focused on promotion of circular economic models. She has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University and earned her Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
