Bio
Blaine has worked in Retail and Supply Chain for 20 years. The last 18 have been with Best Buy in a variety of roles from Demand Planning, International Supply Chain, and has spent the last 7 years as a Director in Reverse Supply Chain. Blaine and his team support the negotiations of returns agreements across all of our vendor programs as well as driving the sales strategy for open box and refurbished product in stores and online, which is around $1.9B in sales annually. Most recently, our team has added our new Outlet store format to our sales portfolio and is responsible for managing the inventory and sales strategy for this growing channel.
