Peggy is an accomplished supply chain professional with over 16 years of experience, specializing in eCommerce and reverse logistics. Her career began in retail where she gained valuable insights into the industry before transitioning to Walmart in 2012 where she discovered her passion for reverse logistics. Peggy's achievements include revolutionizing the vendor and carrier charge structures for Walmart.com return charges, resulting in an annual recovery increase of $750M. She then moved on to Walmart FC Exits & Liquidations where she successfully reduced liquidation losses by $150M annually during the worldwide inventory surplus. Peggy's expertise and proven track record led her to join Sam's Club in July 2023 as a Senior Manager II within Return Operations. She is excited to be driving solutions on overall strategy for returns and cost reduction and is committed to working smarter instead of harder.
