Bio
Dennis has held senior positions in the wireless industry for over 25 years. He has held key roles with major US carriers, OEMs, insurance providers, distributors, repair operations and process automation enterprises. He led Nokia’s process engineering efforts in the US for Nokia, in the areas of process automation improvements in the final assembly and packaging. Dennis led the North America global repair services team at Blackberry (RIM) as well as managed repair operations for Assurant. He directed all repair and reverse logistics activities at T-Mobile from 2010-2016. Since 2016 Dennis has been with Futuredial Inc, providing the industry with software and hardware automation tools for the mobile device processing market.
