Bio
Jack DeButts is a senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in Global Operations, Reverse Supply Chain, and Medical Device Operations, Connecting partners internal and external. Mr. DeButts blends skill and passion leading teams and providing solutions that deliver: • P&L Results • Value to the customer • Benefit to the organization • Team recognition.
Prior to coming to RLA, Mr. DeButts was Operations Director at Allergan where he was responsible for medial device consignment contracts, product consignment, auditing, supply, replenishment, and returns. Later Mr. DeButts was moved to the Pharma side of the business where he led teams responsible for Customer Service and ~$3B/yr in order management.
Mr. DeButts served as Director and Sr. Manager of Reverse Logistics at Dell from 2005 to 2013. He was pivotal in driving down the cost and improving overall recoveries for the Global Dell Outlet (GDO) business. Mr. DeButts has led teams in the US, LatAM, Brazil, EMEA, India, and APJ. While at Dell, Mr. DeButts was a regular speaker/panel member at RLA and Consumer Returns. He was also on the advisory board for Consumer Returns.
Mr. DeButts has a Business degree from Texas State University. He lives in Round Rock, TX with his wife Becky and is actively involved in multiple non-profits including Board Member for Kids at the Cross Roads, Brady’s Bridge, and the State Employees Golf Association. Jack was also Vice-Chair on the School Board for the Round Rock Christian Academy (2yrs). In early 2014 Mr. DeButts had the honor of being selected as a “Pro-to-Know” by Supply Chain Executives magazine.
