Abstract:Reverse logistics is no longer just about getting products back — it’s about unlocking value at every step. This session explores how IT asset disposition (ITAD) and electronics recycling can work together to transform returns into reusable assets and raw materials, delivering both sustainability impact and measurable financial value. Through real-world examples from URT, we’ll share scalable strategies for circularity — including secure asset recovery, high-purity material separation, and responsible downstream management — all made possible by leveraging a full-stack end-of-life partner. Attendees will gain practical insights into how partnerships and process improvements can help reverse logistics operations meet ESG goals while maximizing value recovery.
