The Reverse Logistics Recycling and Sustainability Committee provides a forum to share ideas, information, research and solutions by identifying and communicating best practices for positive impacts across the environment, economic, and social aspects of recycling and sustainability. The Committee will collect, structure, and disseminate process-related information from member companies, programs, concepts and tools which are applied in a product’s reverse life cycle.
Many established and well-known companies find themselves in the headlines for embarrassing and costly incidents resulting from the actions of their third-party service providers. When remarketing returns, trade-ins and other IT equipment, it is essential to adequately assess the data and non-compliance risks that third-party providers and buyers can pose to your organization. Lack of proper due diligence can result in damage to company brand and bottom line. Learn practical strategies for vetting buyers and third-party service providers, and how to spot commonly overlooked red flags.
