Bio
Adam has over 25 years of experience working within the supplier & retail operations communities. Focusing strictly on retail operations and shrink since 2009, Adam has utilized the LPRC network to implement new technology into the retail market. Adam has become a strong advocate of introducing new technology including Benefit Denial (BD) to create a new form of theft prevention called Point-of-Sale Activation that is scalable to global retail. Adam improved efficiencies with retail operations (single-scan technology) and offered methodology to improve the consumer shopping experience. Adam has shared the learning of Proof-of-Concept testing, store trials, POS implementation with the LPRC through participation in PPWG events, LPRC Summits and LPRC Research Studies. • Adam was awarded an LPRC Fellowship • LPRC Individual Achievement Award • Awarded recognition in 2013, 2015,2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 for his work within the Product Protection Work Group (PPWG) • Winner of the 2017 RILA Rtech Award for Innovation within the Asset Protection Community By devoting his time to implementation of the PoSA technology, Adam has worked with leading retailers around the globe, speaking at conferences for The European Community of Retailers, GS-1 and other global organizations.
