Bob Sullivan is the Senior Vice President of Reconext. Reconext is a leader in designing innovative aftermarket services and solutions. Our goal is to support computer and other hardware OEM’s, cable, satellite and mobile device operators, retailers, insurers and other enterprises in realizing their reverse logistics and product supply chain objectives while supporting their sustainability targets. Reconext was formed from the combination of Teleplan and Reconext and builds upon over a 40-year legacy of providing customers serving a wide range of electronic product markets. Reconext is headquartered in Dallas, TX, operates 19 global sites. The company is ISO14001, R2 and ISO27001 certified and maintains the highest environmental and data security standards. Previously, Bob served as President and CEO of The Wireless Source which he founded in 1999 – 2011. The Wireless Source, based in Bloomfield Hills Michigan was a global reverse logistics provider to the emerging mobile phone industry. TWS started with three (3) employees and grew to over one hundred (100) employees before being sold to Clover Technologies Group in 2011. The Wireless Source was honored as Automation Alley’s Emerging Company of the Year, Crain’s Salute to Entrepreneurs, the State of Michigan’s “Michigan 50 to Watch” and Global Trader of the Year. Bob currently sits on Eastern Michigan University’s Management Council and the Board Advisors for DataFactZ, an IT software company. Bob is the past Chairman of Automation Alley’s International Business Center. Mr. Sullivan also served as a member of the Michigan District Export Counsel, and Eastern Michigan University’s (EMU) School of Business Entrepreneurial Council, Reverse Logistics Mobility Committee, United Way 211 2.0 initiative and the Global Trade Mission. Bob currently sits on Eastern Michigan University’s Management Council. Mr. Sullivan holds a BBA from Eastern Michigan University.
